Education: Knowledge is Power

In today's society the workplace has become the "Credential Society", which means employers use the "diploma and degree" in making a hiring decision. It does not matter what kind of job you are seeking to acquire, career achievers must obtain professional development training; continously.

The question remains... Does it matter if you have a degree, or other professional certifications or not??? The answer is "YES" it's important to embrace learning and growing throughout the journey of life. Although, requirements of documentation does not show ones complete value. However, there is a need for each of us to meet our individual as well as, family, and group needs.

Often people learn the skills and gain "Hands on Experience" while working on the job, rather than use education to improve customer service... Bottom line, Education is the best tool professionals have in acquiring individual development.
